1. General

Welcome to VIBEMODO (the "Site"), operated by a licensed business in Israel (the "Company" / "we").

2. Business Model — Dropshipping

VIBEMODO operates as a dropshipping store: products are supplied by third-party vendors (primarily CJ Dropshipping, China). After an order is placed, we forward the order details to the supplier who ships directly to the customer. We, as the seller, are fully responsible to you for all matters related to the purchase, including product quality, delivery times, and complaint handling.

3. Order Cancellation — Consumer Protection Law

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and its regulations, customers may cancel a transaction within 14 business days of receiving the product (or receiving the disclosure document — whichever is later), provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

How to cancel: Contact us in writing (email: [email protected]) with your order number and cancellation request. Upon approval, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days, less a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the transaction price (per law), or ₪100 — whichever is lower.

Non-cancellable items: Custom-made products, opened items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and expired products.

Return shipping cost: For cancellations not due to a product defect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For defective or incorrect items — we cover return shipping.

4. Delivery Times

Products are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Estimated delivery time is 14–30 business days from order confirmation, depending on destination and chosen shipping method. These are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or extraordinary events.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; price changes after an order is placed will not affect that order. Payment is processed securely through an authorized payment service provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including texts, images, logos, design, and the VIBEMODO brand — is the exclusive property of the Company or used under license. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or making commercial use of this content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount of the specific transaction.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be published on the Site 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. EU/EEA Customers — Distance Selling Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the European Union are entitled to:

• A 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
• Full refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request (excluding return shipping costs).
• Protection against unfair contract terms.
• GDPR protections for personal data (see Privacy Policy).

Exceptions: custom-made products, perishables, products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, and digital content once download has begun are not eligible for withdrawal.

10. California Residents (CCPA)

Under CCPA, California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights: [email protected]

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country of residence.
